Postage & Handling

How is postage charged?

The first item added to your cart is charged a postage rate of $1.20 and then an additional $0.30 cents per item for all cards and wrap purchased.  All card & wrap packs and gift bags added attract an additional $0.60 cent charge per item.

These charges are related to standard Australia Post services. Should you wish to use Express or Registered Post then please contact us for a quote. If you have any questions regarding postage charges, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How long until I receive my purchase?

Once your payment clears, we will endeavour to ship your goods within 3 days or your order being placed but please allow 7 days for postage within Australia. We ship all of our products via Australia Post regular mail. Estimated shipping times will vary depending on your location. All items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

W.R.A.P are happy to ship our products internationally. As International shipping costs vary, please contact us directly to arrange a postage quotation for your order. International orders please allow anything from 7 -30 days for delivery.

Need your purchase ASAP?

If you wish your items to be sent via Australia Post Express, this can be arranged, but customers will be charged the Express Post rates for this service.

Will I be notified when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation advising that your item(s) has/have been shipped. Please contact us at anytime should you have questions regarding your order
